• Field: (The Control Room Operator is responsible for overseeing the preparation of mixtures according to approved formulations, leading the production team in processes such as grinding, mixing, and fat melting, and ensuring the proper transfer of materials between tanks and machines. The role also involves coordination with the Quality Control department for sample collection and approval, execution of Clean-in-Place (CIP) procedures, monitoring maintenance activities, and documenting all operations. The primary goal is to ensure the production of high-quality food products in compliance with hygiene, safety standards, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

⏰ Work Schedule & Rotation
Daily Shifts: Split-shift schedule covering day/evening operations (Total 9.5 hrs/day)
Work Pattern: 7 days/week (Compensatory leave provided)
Rotation Cycle:
• Standard: 5 months onsite → 1 month paid leave
• Extended Option: Work 8-11 months/year (Full salary)
• Leave Salary: 20% of base monthly pay
