PETRONAS Indonesia is currently opening several opportunities for Indonesian professionals across commercial, risk management, maintenance, administration, and offshore technical functions.

The available positions are:

1. Sr. PSC Management Officer
2. Sr. Risk Management & Emergency Response Officer
3. Maintenance Planner
4. Administration Assistant
5. Mechanical Technician
6. Instrument Technician

For the senior and technical positions, PETRONAS is looking for candidates with strong experience in the Oil & Gas / E&P industry, with requirements varying by role. Several positions require around 8–10 years of relevant experience, while the technician roles require extensive hands-on offshore or process-industry experience.

A brief overview of the roles:

Sr. PSC Management Officer
Suitable for professionals with a background in Economy, Finance, or Petroleum Engineering and strong knowledge of PSC, JOA, WP&B, economic evaluation, and techno-commercial aspects of E&P business.

Sr. Risk Management & Emergency Response Officer
Focused on crisis and emergency management, emergency preparedness, incident response, operational risk, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

Maintenance Planner
Responsible for maintenance strategy, planning, scheduling, reliability, KPI monitoring, and maintenance cost control. Experience with SAP/CMMS and familiarity with RCM, FMEA, or RBI is an advantage.

Administration Assistant
Provides administrative and operational support, including documentation, meeting coordination, procurement administration, vendor payments, travel arrangements, and departmental support.

Mechanical Technician
For experienced offshore professionals with strong hands-on capability in rotating and static equipment, including gas turbines, compressors, pumps, vessels, piping, valves, and related systems.

Instrument Technician
Focused on field instrumentation, calibration, DCS, SIS, FGS, industrial networks, troubleshooting, and offshore maintenance activities.
