Qualification & Experience
Planners: BE, 7 years
HSE Lead: NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent, 10 years
Paint Supervisor/Coordinator: BE, 10 years
Scaffold Supervisor/Coordinator: OGO-MNT-MS-001, 10 years
QC Inspector: BE, 10 years
Most support roles: English proficiency with 5–7 years Oil & Gas experience
Foreman/Chargehand: 6 years
HSE/Safety Officer: 5 years
Grit Blaster: Secondary education, 5 years
Painter/Sprayer: Higher Secondary pass, 5 years
Helpers: 2 years
Experience Requirements
Oil & Gas maintenance experience is mandatory.
Planning and scheduling experience for Planner roles.
HSE Lead requires field experience, including several years in a brownfield environment.
Grit Blaster experience in blasting pipelines, valves, and equipment.
Painter/Sprayer experience painting pipelines, valves, and equipment.
Candidate Requirements
Eligible for sponsorship transfer and immediate mobilization.
