🔹 Requirements

✔️ Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (BSc / BEng)
✔️ UPDA Certification (preferred)
✔️ 10–20+ years of relevant experience
✔️ Strong background in Infrastructure / Roads / Utilities projects
✔️ Consultancy or supervision experience preferred
✔️ QA/QC certifications (ISO / IRCA) are an advantage
