Rensol Recruitment is currently looking for skilled and experienced Filipino workers for a major Oil & Gas project and industry
 
🔹 Open Positions:
• E&I – Tubing Fitter
• E&I – Instrument Technician
• E&I – Termination Technician
• Piping – Pipe Fitter
• Steel Structure – Steel Erector
• Steel Structure – Steel Fabricator
 
📌 Qualifications:
✅ Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Oil & Gas industry
✅ Ability to interpret technical drawings
✅ Can work independently or as part of a team
✅ Knowledge of safety procedures, permit systems, and relevant industrial standards
✅ Physically fit and capable of working on-site
 
🔧 Technical Requirements per Position:
 
For Tubing Fitter:
 • Must understand hook-up drawings
 • Knowledgeable in tubing system installation according to drawings
 • Familiar with correct hand tools and installation procedures
 
For Instrument Technician:
 • Must understand device drawings
 • Capable of proper instrument installation and support system setup
 
For Termination Technician:
 • Must know proper cable gland termination
 • Knowledgeable in fitting installation using correct tools
 
For Pipe Fitter / Steel Erector / Steel Fabricator:
 • Experienced in industrial piping and steel structure works
 • Able to read isometric drawings and structural plans
 • Familiar with alignment, erection, and fabrication standards
