Tataki Mine, Botswana’s new, high-impact mining operation backed by NIU Metals, is expanding its team. With a strong commitment to community growth and operational excellence, the mine is now hiring experienced professionals across a range of disciplines.
 
Available Positions & Requirements:
 1. Artisan Boilermaker – NCC or equivalent; 3+ years’ fabrication and welding experience.
 2. Electrician Artisan – NCC in Electrical; 3+ years in mining/industrial systems.
 3. Plant Maintenance Fitter – NCC or Mechanical Fitter cert.; 3+ years plant maintenance.
 4. Instrument Technician – Diploma in Instrumentation; strong PLC & SCADA knowledge; 3+ years’ experience.
 5. Auto Electrician – NCC or Certified Auto Electrician; 3+ years in heavy/mining equipment.
 6. Crane Operator – Valid crane license; 2+ years’ crane operation; mining background preferred.
 7. Rigger – NCC N5/N6; 2+ years’ rigging experience; knowledge of safety codes.
 8. Water Plant Operator – Diploma in Water/Environmental Engineering; 2+ years’ plant ops.
 9. Admin/Office Manager – Diploma in Admin or similar; 3+ years’ office admin experience.
 10. Procurement Specialist – Degree/Diploma in Supply Chain; 3+ years’ procurement experience.
 11. Accountant – Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance; 3+ years’ experience; CPA/ACCA preferred.
 12. Registered Nurse – Diploma in Nursing; Valid license; 5+ years’ clinical or industrial experience.
