1️⃣ 𝐌𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐓𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐧 (𝐑𝐨𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝐄𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐩𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭)
🔹 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:
 ✅ 3-Year Diploma in Mechanical Engineering + High School Graduate
 ✅ Trade Certificate from a recognized institution
 ✅ Fluent in English (Speak, Read, Write)
🔹 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞:
 ✅ Minimum 7 years in petrochemical / oil & gas plant
 ✅ Vinyl / Ethylene / Polyethylene plant experience preferred
🔹 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛��𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
 🔧 Install, align, and overhaul rotary equipment (e.g., compressors, pumps, fans, mixers)
 🔧 Troubleshoot, request spare parts, and perform preventive maintenance
 🔧 Maintain static equipment: valves, pipelines, exchangers, etc.
 🔧 Follow safety protocols & support other maintenance tasks
 🔧 Operate forklifts (preferred)
 🔧 Understand pipe & gasket specifications
2️⃣ 𝐄𝐥𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐓𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐧
🔹 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:
 ✅ 3-Year Diploma in Electrical Engineering + High School Graduate
 ✅ Trade Certificate from a recognized institution
 ✅ Fluent in English (Speak, Read, Write)
🔹 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞:
 ✅ Minimum 3 years in petrochemical / oil & gas plant
 ✅ QAPCO shutdown experience preferred (certificate required)
🔹 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
 ⚡️ Repair motors up to 500 HP, troubleshoot faults, install conduits & wiring
 ⚡️ Maintain UPS, inverters, overhead cranes, cathodic protection systems
 ⚡️ Read schematics up to 33KV, maintain 10 MVA transformers
 ⚡️ Perform preventive maintenance, ensure safe use of tools
 ⚡️ Work at elevated heights and participate in safety programs
3️⃣ 𝐈𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐓𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐧
🔹 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:
 ✅ 3-Year Diploma in Instrumentation + High School Graduate
 ✅ Trade Certificate from a recognized institution
 ✅ Fluent in English (Speak, Read, Write)
🔹 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞:
 ✅ Minimum 3 years in petrochemical / oil & gas plant
 ✅ Shutdown, commissioning, loop testing experience preferred (QAPCO)
🔹 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
 📡 Troubleshoot and calibrate pneumatic, electronic, and smart instruments
 📡 Maintain PLCs, TMR systems, control valves, fire & gas detection systems
 📡 Read and interpret P&IDs, logic, and loop diagrams
 📡 Execute ISO-compliant calibration & preventive maintenance
 📡 Tune feedback control loops and train junior staff
