🔺 Job Position: - Instrument Supervisor

🔶 Qualification: -
 A minimum of 10-12 years of experience working as an Instrumentation & Control Site supervisor.
🔹 SKILLS:-
◾ An Instrument and Control (I&C) construction supervisor ensuring the proper installation, calibration, and functionality of all instrumentation and control systems.
◾ Understanding of various I&C equipment, including pressure gauges, flow meters, and control panels
Supervising the installation of I&C devices according to project specifications a safety standard
◾ Ensuring proper calibration and testing of I&C systems
Supervise installation of Lighting and Small Power works. Manage and supervise.
◾ cable tray installation and Fire Alarm System cable laying and termination works.
◾ Co-ordination of finalizing Cable entries, cable routes, cable diversions etc
Manage and supervise cable tray installation and Instrument Control & Power
◾ Cable laying and termination works.
◾ Supervise Fiber Optic cable installation and splicing works.
Supervise installation of Fire Alarm Control Panels, Repeater Panels and Mimic Panels.
◾ Supervise installation of Control junction boxes and Panels.
◾ Good knowledge in reading and understanding Equipment Layout drawings.
◾ Overall coordination with, HVAC works, Fire alarm & Loss prevention system works, Building Services works and etc.
Cable termination and Loop checking.
◾ Witness SAT pre commissioning activities for equipment.
Maintain a daily record of progress (daily diary) noting special comments.
Reports to Engineer for work anomalies
As-built drawings/documentation.
◾ Have a thorough knowledge and proven ability in construction and erection techniques with emphasis on instrumentation, instrument cabling/tray etc, impulse tubing, DCS equipment and operator interface units/screens etc.
◾ Shall be familiar with the QC process for pre-commissioning instrumentation a control systems including continuity and functional testing.
