 Looking for the following positions for the Qatar NOC field.

• Construction Manager
• Piping Engineer
• Structural Engineer
• Electrical Engineer
• Instrumentation and Telecomm Engineer

 
The activities to be performed are the following:
•            Review the 3D model for all Brownfield scopes including, constructability, access requirements and the material handling.
•            Together with COMPANY representative provide a report including a list of queries, punch items, and 3D model extracts.
•            Perform at least two site visits to all locations for the assessment of the works.
Initially to familiarise with the existing facilities and the scope and later for assessment of constructability, access requirements and material handling of Brownfield scope of work.
The CONTRACTOR personnel proposed for the offshore site visit shall hold all the required offshore certifications and training.
•            Prepare estimates of Brownfield scope of work including cost, manhours and manning resource profile by discipline and duration.
The estimates shall include direct discipline requirements, worksite preparation including scaffolding, lifting and rigging, material handling and erection of habitats for each work scope activity.
•            Preparation of Brownfield execution plan including schedule of work for both shutdown and non-shutdown scopes of work.
•            Preparation of Brownfield Scope of Work for the Call for Tender documentation.
 
The expected duration for such activities should be from 12 to 16 weeks according to the following schedule.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
As a minimum, ENGINEER’s PERSONNEL shall have fifteen years plus, of experience in Brownfields projects,
Degree in relevant engineering subject and/or Technical Qualification in relevant engineering subject.

•            Weekly progress and status presentation reviewed during the weekly meeting
•            Brownfield scope of work report
•            Brownfield scope of work Constructability report
•            Brownfield scope of work 3D Model report.
•            Basis of cost and manhours estimate including estimating norms dossier.
•            Brownfield scope of work cost, manhours and manning resource profile by discipline and duration,
•            Brownfield execution plan including schedule of work for both shutdown and non-shutdown activities.
•            Brownfield Scope of Work for the EPCIC Call for Tender documentation.
